Atmosphere – Body Pillow Lyrics | 14 years ago |
I am pretty sure that this is not just about 1 particular girl, rather several different girls in several different scenarios that he has encountered. The first is in that hotel, the second time is when he sees the girl with the cigarette. And then the line "ex lover and a best friend just like the rest of them" refers to all other previous girls he has encountered. I could be wrong but I have listened to this song 100+ times in the last week or so and that is just what I get from it... |
Grand Buffet – We're Into This Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Actually I don't know if that lyric's either "Concerts cause your propoganda manuscripts" or "Counter Culture propoganda manuscripts" I could be wrong, but I always thought it was "cancer causing propoganda manuscripts" |
Sage Francis – Clickety Clack Lyrics | 16 years ago |
I don't know if anyone else picked up on this, but the rhyme scheme in this is amazing. Sage rhymes literally every word in this song with some form of "a" as in "clack", "attack", "back", "map", "grass" and so on. To continue that rhyme scheme through out the whole song is simply and utterly amazing I stand in awe |
Atmosphere – One Of A Kind Lyrics | 16 years ago |
I don't mean to burst everybody's bubble, but I'm pretty sure the intro is actually a snippet from a Sage Francis Concert. Not slug. You you can tell by the Rhode Island Accent... |
