Clearly he wrote this song after watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy. This is all about Frodo and Sam's journey. Before you laugh, read the snippets below and think about the possibility. And this, an obvious reference to the light of Eärendil and the good of the shire: "I’m gonna climb that symphony home and make it mine. Let its resonance light my way. See, all these pessimistic sufferers tend to drag me down. So, I could use it to shelter what good I’ve found." All of this plus an all-too-coincidental use of the word "tower".
