With that, I can see it being about his children. They are growing up and apart from each other because their thoughts are different and he's "swimming away"

i really like his voice. his singing is so clear and pure and his emotions are thrown out in his lyrics not holding anything back. he has been left; maybe he deserved it, but he still misses her and is thinking about her and the new guy she's with. there may be a hint that she still likes him though.

or do you do it just to get back at me?"
anyway - his voice is amazing. he is probably my new fav! |

this is a great song. can relate to it in so many ways. think the lines i like the most are...

... so many times little things in relationships get to me and make me act in weird ways and i know looking back now that i shouldn't have let those little things get to me. missed out on many good relationships because of this and hopefully i won't on the one i'm in!

one of the most relaxing songs ever. something you can put on repeat and listen to over and over again. to me it's sad and i like to listen to it to help get over someone, especially when they leave me. going through life looking for that special someone and they tell you that you "should get away from it all" and you're heartbroken. it's a good song to be sad over because it can help you convince yourself that the girl is "just another" girl on your way to the right one. |
