Hey Mates!

Does the first lyrics sound like a somewhat modified rip off of A Day in the Life by that Band The Beatles? They just rephrased it instead of cut & paste method.

What do You think? I don't see any mention. They must have known.

Thanks,

David

This song is cryptic and interesting. I don't know what Tanega meant with it, but for me it always brings up thoughts of revolutionary folksingers, trying to use their music as a strategic weapon against systems of oppression. So much to do, so little time, only one life to do it. They'll kill you for doing it, so better plan carefully.

Just cuz of my own fixations, I always think about Joe Hill but I'm sure you could fill in that kind of story with a variety of folks.

I relate to this song because I get bullied for being and talking different(I moved from the north to the south)So sometimes when I say things I get bullied I also get bullied because I'm weird and not the best looking(I have a natural headphone dent on my head I also have a dent in forehead as a scar)So when I listen to this song I relate to this song so that's why I love this song.

I really biev this song is about going out to eat alone and the negativity associated with it. I think the first lyrics are the couple next to him talking about him, and he is overhearing them. I think the singer is comfortable eating alone and its not a normal thing. He is defending himself by saying he always eats with his best friends. Its just a one time thing dude wanted some food and peopme dont know him accusing him of being antisocial and a loner.....

Originally dedicated to Tony Bliar, Jack Straw, John Prescott, this cap now fits Keir Starmer, Rachel Reeves, Angela Rayner and the rest of the slimy, stinking two-faced hypocrites who are steering the plastinated corpse of the Labour Party. Snakes: we see you...
