Assuming We Survive is a five piece Pop-Punk / Punk / Alternative Rock band out of Southern California. Composed of Adrian Estrella on Vocals, Kris Pasos on Drums, Phil Adams and Manny Molina on Guitar, and Joe Lawson on Bass. The band has had a great deal of success since its founding in 2007, over the years opening for bands such as Motley Crue, The Vandals, Guttermouth, and Bad Religion. Following the release of their first EP, “Life Gets Worse Than This” in 2012 the band has since played on the Ernie Ball Stage at The Vans Warped Tour two-years in a row, as well as the Musink Festival in Southern California two-years in a row. (2012-2013) Recently Assuming We Survive was also selected to play the 2013 Monster Energy Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, CA opening for such bands as Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, and A Day To Remember. As of October 6th, 2013 the band has won the Battle for Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare and are playing in direct support for The Used.
Recently the band has release their second EP entitled “Get Busy Living”, produced by Kris Comeaux (Lorene Drive / Red Jumpsuit Apparatus) featuring guest appearances by Tyson Stevens (Scary Kids, Scaring Kids) and Dan Arnold (A Static Lullaby). Assuming We Survive completed their first Northwestern Tour entitled “The Get Busy Living Tour” just before dropping their new EP on September 7th, 2013 at The Glass House Concert Hall in Pomona, CA.
Assuming We Survive continues their success, rallying highly devoted fans World-Wide with every astounding, in-your-face, high energy performance. With many U.S. tours in the works and a European tour being planned for 2014, Assuming We Survive will stop at nothing to ensure their voices are heard.
