Bérénice Gadan, credited mononymously as Bérénice, is a French guitarist and singer, born on July 5, 1984 in Montmorency (Val-d'Oise), France. She was one of the 3 female artists who appeared on the compilation Female Music, composed by Benoît Courti. It included her debut single I'd Rather Sleep Alone and the follow-up I'm Proud, written by Nicky Baker.
Released in 2003, Imperfect Girl included her 2 singles and Strolling In The Hurricane. Bérénice wrote the song Inside as a tribute to her late mother.
