Grand National is a British band from London, England. The project is the collaboratave  effort of Rupert Lyddon (born 1975) and Lawrence Rudd (born 1976).Aside from playing and sharing vocal duties, Rudd is also a DJ who does remixes of both Grand National songs, as well as others music. Their music has an almost New Wave sound, mixed with elements of Psychadelic, and Pop. While Rudd and Lyddon are the primary writers and do the recording, they often tour with others, forming a six piece band. They disbanded during the early 90's.
