Aoife O'Donovan (pronounced Eefa) was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts. Some might hail her as the second coming of Allison Krauss. Others know better. Although she has a strong Irish heritage, Aoife sounds partial to American Folk music. Her sound can be warm and gentle or haunting and cold. Either way, you’ll find beautiful her debut album, Fossils.
